Giving back to the communities we serve.

Credit unions have a social responsibility to uphold the philosophy of “People Helping People” and to support their communities. But at Advance Financial, it’s more than that. You’ve allowed us to serve and be a part of this community for 79 years. We’re extremely grateful and, therefore, we want to give back. Through sponsorship and a variety of donations, charitable events, financial literacy education programs and unique partnerships with local businesses and organizations, Advance Financial is committed to a better Northwest Indiana.

Recipients are selected in recognition of their academic excellence and community support. We believe in the value of education and are proud to offer a scholarship program for our Lake and Porter County communities.

This year we awarded a $1,500 scholarship to a college-bound graduating senior in April. The winner was announced at out 82nd Virtual Annual Meeting held on September 2.
