They may claim there is suspicious activity or a serious issue with your account and ask you to call the number shown on your caller ID and provide personal information. Do not respond, return the call, or share any sensitive information. If you have an ATM or debit card, you may receive a legitimate call or text from our Fraud Department to verify a transaction.
