Fall Food Drive

Together We Can Harvest Hope: Fall Food Drive!

At Advance Financial Federal Credit Union, we believe that moving forward together means supporting our members, our neighbors and the communities we call home.

This fall, AFFCU is proud to host a Food Drive for the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana and we invite our members, employees and community to join us in helping local families facing food insecurity.

The need is especially important in our community. The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana works every day to provide access to nutritious food for our neighbors throughout Lake and Porter Counties. With the support of individuals, businesses and community organizations, the Food Bank provides food assistance to more than 60,000 people each month.

How You Can Help:

From now through October 31, you can make a donation at either AFFCU office:

Non-perishable Food Items

  • Choose shelf-stable foods that are unopened and within their expiration date.

Monetary Donations

  • Every dollar can go a long way toward helping provide meals to individuals and families in need. The Food Bank reports that $1 can provide three meals.

Hunger affects people in every community and after the damaging impacts of the August 2026 derecho, the need is greater than ever. By coming together, we can help ensure our neighbors have the food they need.

Thank you for helping us make a difference in Northwest Indiana and for being a part of a community that cares.

Let's Move Forward Together!
